4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Shipping Time: Delivery within the United States takes approximately 4–7 business days (Monday – Saturday) after processing.
  • Tracking details will be provided by email once your order ships.
  • Shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information so we can process your order correctly.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at  info@sizekickz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.
  3. Once we receive the return or proof of shipment, we will issue a refund within 7 days using your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for sealed hygiene products once opened, or for customized items.
